There are plenty of exciting and jazzy ways in which you can use St Ivel Fresh Milk with Omega 3 to increase your family's intake of long chain Omega 3.


St Ivel Apple Milkshake

Ingredients:

  • 1 serving (250ml) of St Ivel fresh semi-skimmed milk with omega 3
  • 150g pot of vanilla yoghurt (low-fat)
  • 1 medium or large apple, cored and cut into small pieces
  • 1 medium banana
  • A pinch of ground cinnamon (optional)

Method

Blend the banana and apple pieces whilst slowly adding the milk. Add the yoghurt and a sprinkle of cinnamon, and blend for ten seconds. Serve immediately.

St Ivel Red Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 serving (250ml) of St Ivel fresh semi-skimmed milk with omega 3
  • 80g of raspberries
  • 80g of blueberries
  • 1 pot (150g) of natural, low fat yoghurt
  • 2 teaspoons of honey

Method:
Blend the yoghurt, milk and the berries. With the blender still running, add the honey. You can also adjust the amount of St Ivel fresh semi-skimmed milk and honey to taste. Serve immediately.

St Ivel Mango & Banana Shake
Ingredients:

  • 1 serving (250ml) of St Ivel fresh semi-skimmed milk with omega 3
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 200g mango (peeled)

Method:
Blend the banana and mango with the milk. Serve immediately.

St Ivel Strawbery Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 serving (250ml) of St Ivel fresh semi-skimmed milk with omega 3
  • 1 small pot (150g) of low fat yoghurt
  • 200g strawberries
  • 1 small banana

Method:
Blend the strawberries and banana with milk until the mixture is very smooth. Serve immediately.

St Ivel Carrot & Ginger Smoothie
Ingredients:

  • 1 serving (250ml) of St Ivel fresh semi-skimmed milk with omega 3
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 100g vanilla low fat yoghurt
  • ½ teaspoon fresh grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Method:
Microwave the sliced carrot in some water for 5 minutes, and leave to cool. Blend the carrot slices with the milk, ginger, yoghurt, and add honey to taste. Best served chilled, shake and serve immediately.
