Please read the following Terms and Conditions that serve as a legal agreement between Letts-educational and you when using the Letts website. Responsibility for your account regarding confidentiality, password, purchasing and unauthorised access belongs with you. Letts-educational must be notified immediately of changes to your registered details. Letts-educational reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts or access to its website.

The content of the Letts' website is exclusively owned and controlled by Letts-educational and its affiliates. You are not permitted to reproduce, adapt or store any part of its content in any medium, nor is it permissible to use tools or other methods for the purpose of data gathering, mining or extraction by any means without written permission from Letts-educational.

Postage and Packing
Postage and Packing is determined by the number of books you order. Your postage costs will be displayed on the checkout page so you will be able to verify the postage cost before placing an order.

Prices
Although we try to ensure that all prices are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will have the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling. If we are unable to contact you we will refund you in full. We reserve the right to change our prices without notice.

Your Order
We accept orders at our discretion and all orders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by your card issuer. It is your responsibility to ensure the details you give are correct and complete. When placing your order on-line your credit/debit card will be debited when you click the order button. We will acknowledge your order by sending you an email. The email will confirm the cost and delivery details, or notify you if the goods are unavailable. If we do not accept your order and your credit/debit card has already been debited, we will notify you and refund your card in full. Goods are subject to availability.

Force Majeure
When there is a delay or failure to deliver goods, or when damage or defect has occurred to goods that is due to circumstances beyond our control, Letts-educational shall not be liable. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns
All returns must be in the original packaging and in a resaleable condition otherwise a 20% restocking charge will be applied. We will not accept returns that have been defaced or marked.

You may cancel your subscription to an on-line product within 7 days of receiving the username and password granting you access to it and we will refund you in full.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns, unless faulty, after 30 days of receipt.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Changes to Terms and Conditions and Website
Letts-educational reserves the right to make changes to their Terms and Conditions and their website. By placing an order on the website, you accept Letts-educational's Terms and Conditions and will be subject to those in force at the time of your order. If for any reason any of these Terms and Conditions are deemed invalid, void or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition shall not be affected.

Law
This agreement is governed by English law. You hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts notwithstanding the jurisdiction where you are based.

Limitation of Liability
Subject to any relevant consumer protection legislation including our obligation under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations) to give you a refund, if you cancel your contract, if we do not perform the contract within 30 days or to the agreed timescale our liability for any breach of these Terms and Conditions shall be limited to the value of the goods ordered by you in the relevant transaction.
